Mark Kassa has been named “Guitar Player” and “Producer of the Year” by the UK’s Prestige Awards for his work with his band Slight Return® and his project called “MC Revolution” that he founded with his friend, renowned bassist and arranger Christian Fabian. This is the 30th Anniversary of Mark Kassa and Slight Return® and his most recent project with MC Revolution was a re-imagined and newly arranged version of the classic Stevie Wonder classic song “Superstition”. It was recognized on the first round Grammy Awards Ballot. The track featured several multiple Grammy Award winning and nominated artists including Tony Lindsay, Delfeayo Marsalis, Kitt Wakeley, Ryan Shore, Ricky Kej, Anita Lerche, Lonnie Park, Alex Acuna, Anibal Martinez, and iconic Drummer Bernard Purdie!

Mark will be accepting his award in Miami in April and will be featured on the cover of the publication for 2026 along with an interview and feature.
